Understanding the fundamentals of leadership is an important foundation for current and potential leaders. We all have preconceived notions about what makes an effective leader, but awareness of key theories and practices is an important next step. What we have is a fourteen module course. Taken over a period time, this course is designed to provide participants with a senior understanding of health safety and environment responsibilities and accountability.
